Privacy Policy

Kickflip Rush is a free skateboarding game for iOS. This policy explains what it collects and why. There is no account and no sign-up — you don’t give us your name, email, or any personal details to play. The data below is collected automatically by the analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, and purchase tools the app uses.
The short version
- No login, no profile, nothing you type about yourself.
- We use Google Firebase for anonymous usage analytics and crash reports.
- We show ads through Google AdMob. Ads are only shown between runs and on optional reward screens — never over the top of gameplay.
- Your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you allow tracking when iOS asks. If you decline, you still get ads, just less relevant ones.
- Purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your card or Apple Account details.
- Leaderboards and achievements use Apple Game Center.
- Your game progress and settings are saved on your device only.

None of this is linked to your real-world identity. We do not collect your contacts, photos, health, financial information, precise location, browsing history, or any content you create.
Ads and tracking (your choice)
Kickflip Rush is ad-supported. When required, iOS shows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt asking whether the app may track you across apps and websites. If you allow it, ads can use your advertising identifier (IDFA) to be more relevant. If you decline, the game works exactly the same and you still see ads — just non-personalised ones. You can change your answer any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a Google consent form appears on first launch so you can choose how your data is used for ads. You can reopen it from the in-game Settings under Privacy Options. Your choices are applied through Google’s Consent Mode.
Purchases
In-app purchases (the “Pro” upgrade and coin packs) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment information. The app records which item was bought so it can give you the reward and, for “Pro”, restore it on your devices.
Children
Kickflip Rush is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it.
Third parties
The tools above are provided by Google and Apple, who process the data described here under their own privacy policies:

We do not sell your personal information. Because advertising can involve sharing an identifier with ad partners, declining tracking (above) opts you out of that use.
Data retention
Analytics and crash data are retained by Google for the periods set in their services (generally up to 14 months for event data). Game progress and settings live on your device until you delete the app.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data held about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold no account and no directly identifying data, the fastest ways to exercise these choices are to decline or withdraw ad tracking (above) and to delete the app, which removes the on-device data. For anything else, email us and we will help, including passing deletion requests to Google or Apple where they act as the processor.
International transfers
Google and Apple may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States, under the safeguards described in their privacy policies.
Changes
We may update this policy as the game changes. The effective date at the top will change, and material updates will be noted on this page.
